Sample Instant ScoreCard

The following is an example of how the survey results will be displayed on-line with the Instant ScoreCard. The information displayed represents a summary of all survey data collected for the previous 365 days as of the date you view the report.

In the case of this specific example, the results shown are for a report viewed on October 1, 2007 for the past 365 days. Therefore, because this information is an instant snapshot of results summarized for the past 365 days, it will change over time, possibly daily, based on the total suvey data in the system on the day you view it.
